For Singapore customers, online internet payments such as NETS/Visa/Mastercard are accepted. We also accept paylah/paynow or cash for meetups.

For all Overseas customers other than Singapore, we do accept PayPal with a charge of 0.05% of total order for processing fee.

HOW MUCH DOES LOCAL DELIVERY COST?
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES AMONG THE LOCAL DELIVERY METHODS?
Singpost Normal Mail
Flat rate of $1.50 (up to 2kg)

Singpost Smartpac
Fits 2-3 switch games. Flat rate of $3.50.

Qexpress Courier
No limit on number of items. $4.50 for games, $5 for bulky items.

Self Collection / Meet-ups

Singpost Normal Mail takes the longest and does not provide a tracking number. It is normal postage by stamps via Singpost. Delivers to letterbox.
​
Singpost Smartpac is similar to Singpost registered mail, whereby they provide a tracking number for tracking on Singpost website. Registered mail delivers the item to doorstep while Smartpac delivers to letterbox instead. It is good for customers who aren't home to receive the parcel, but wants an option with tracking.

Qexpress courier delivers the item the day after (Mon-Sat). 1-2 working days. A tracking number and link will be provided. The parcel will be delivered to the doorstep. In the event that no one is home, the deliveryman will contact the receiver for further instructions.

Self Collection exact location in Tampines or Ubi will be provided upon order payment. Meet-ups can also be arranged at Tampines MRT or Ubi MRT after an order is placed.

Yes, we do ship internationally. ​
WHAT ARE THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS AVAILABLE?
We use Qexpress courier or Speedpost standard. Both methods come with tracking number.
HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY COST?
We can only determine the shipping rate to your location after your order has been fully paid for and packed. When checking out, shipping outside of Singapore will show a rate of SGD $2 which is for handling fee for payment thru paypal.
